Role Overview

This role is ideal for a senior physiotherapist who is ready to take on new challenges, mentor others and drive outcomes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, developing and implementing rehab programs and contributing to a culture that values excellence and innovation.

  • Lead 1:1 and group rehab streams, leveraging your expertise to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Run VALD-powered testing blocks, using data-driven insights to inform your treatment plans and drive better outcomes.
  • Mentor junior staff, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow and develop as professionals.
  • Develop a nationally recognised personal brand, showcasing your expertise and commitment to the profession.
  • Drive high standards and culture across the clinic, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.

You will need:

  • 5+ years clinical experience, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care and achieving outstanding results.
  • Strong conversion + client leadership skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Confidence in systems-based rehab delivery, with a deep understanding of the principles and best practices that underpin effective rehabilitation.
  • Desire to lead, build and be known for it, with a passion for making a lasting impact in the lives of others.
