Lead Clinical Team

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to lead the clinical team at our facility.

About the Role

As a senior clinical leader, you will provide strong leadership and oversee the day-to-day care operations of the facility. You will work in close partnership with the Facility Manager and multidisciplinary team to ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance, support and mentorship to clinical care staff to achieve outstanding resident outcomes.

  • Ensure compliance with clinical governance, aged care standards, and accreditation requirements.

  • Build trusted relationships with residents, families and health professionals, ensuring care plans are personalised and effective.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement in clinical practice and service delivery.

  • Support ongoing staff education and training to maintain clinical competencies.

  • Conduct audits and assessments to monitor resident wellbeing and drive quality improvements.

  • Collaborate with the broader organisation to share expertise and strengthen organisational outcomes.

About You

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse is required.

  • Demonstrated leadership or management experience in aged care is highly regarded.

  • In-depth knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation and compliance is essential.

  • Strong clinical, organisational and documentation skills are required.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a passion for mentoring staff.

  • Proficiency with aged care software is desirable.

  • Ability to balance competing priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining resident-focused care.
