Job Description

The role of a Staff Roster Clerk is to manage the scheduling and staffing needs of our facility. This involves coordinating staff members, taking into account their qualifications, preferences, and contractual obligations.

As a Staff Roster Clerk, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and to meet the care requirements of residents.

You will handle requests for shift changes, leave, or time off and find suitable replacements when necessary to maintain staffing levels.

Maintaining effective communication with staff members is also essential to inform them of their schedules, shift changes, and any updates or important information related to their work.

Collaboration with management is key to aligning staffing needs with operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Scheduling: Developing and maintaining staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and to meet the care requirements of residents.

Requirements

Ability to manage rostering and team member allocations is essential.

Experience using employee scheduling software such as UKG Ready is preferred.
