About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Sunnyfield. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting and empowering people with disabilities in their Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to clients in their group accommodation during active hours
Assist with household tasks to ensure the home is clean, tidy, and sanitized
Support residents with daily routines, including personal care, medication administration, and special menu planning
Maintain accurate progress notes and incident reporting to meet organisational and NDIS requirements

About You

We are looking for an individual who is an adept team player with experience supporting people with complex behaviours and health needs. You will have demonstrated experience following client-focused plans, including behaviour support plans and medication management plans. You will also have high levels of enthusiasm, initiative, and positivity, while maintaining Sunnyfield values: Respect, Trust, Honesty, and Innovation.
