We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wellbeing Carer to join our vibrant team at Bupa Kempsey. As a Wellbeing Carer, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by creating a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters social connections and activities that bring joy and purpose.


Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Be a Fun Facilitator: Plan and deliver engaging activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents, promoting social interaction and a sense of community.
  • Social Butterfly: Foster relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and companionship to ensure they feel valued and included.
  • Hygiene and Safety Expert: Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
  • Catering Crewmate: Assist with meal preparation and serving, adhering to food safety standards and monitoring resident preferences.

What We're Looking For:



  • A heart of gold and a passion for enriching lives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a can-do spirit
  • Previous experience in caring for elders within an Aged Care or community setting
  • A current Certificate III in Leisure and Lifestyle or Individual Support, or willingness to complete
  • A First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
  • An Australian driver's licence
