Disability Support Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Support Worker to join our Shared Living division in Concord West. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting and empowering people with disabilities in their Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide support to clients in their group accommodation during active hours
• Assist with household tasks, ensuring the home is clean, tidy, and sanitized
• Support daily routines, including personal care, medication administration, and special menu planning
• Maintain accurate progress notes and incident reporting to meet organisational and NDIS requirements
About You
We are looking for an individual with experience supporting people with complex behaviours and health needs. You will have a Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or Community Services, and be able to work a roster consisting of sleepover shifts. If you are passionate about empowering people with disability and have a positive attitude, we would love to hear from you.
