As an ERP Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for deploying our proprietary ERP software at client sites, rather than utilizing generic solutions like SAP or Microsoft Dynamics. Our unique ERP system, 'Miles', allows you to influence, modify, and enhance the product according to customer needs.

'Miles' serves as a comprehensive ERP solution tailored for the automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility sectors. It integrates front-, mid-, and back-office operations, offering extensive customization options to align with client specifications through configuration.

Your role will encompass the entire implementation process, ensuring you maintain a strong relationship with clients. As a consultant, you will provide expert advice on best practices, process optimization, and solution identification.

Key responsibilities include:

Engaging in requirements gathering sessions. Assessing requirements and their implications. Crafting both functional and technical solutions based on gathered requirements. Collaborating with clients on special requests while considering product consistency and strategy during solution validation. Configuring the functional solution and/or overseeing the configuration process.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary project team that operates in an agile environment, utilizing methodologies such as scrum and daily stand-ups. Your colleagues will support you in technical areas like data migration, testing, and development.

Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members. You should be comfortable facilitating workshops and presenting solutions or completed modules to clients.

Your analytical mindset will enable you to translate business requirements into system specifications and devise appropriate solutions.

Additionally, you should be eager to learn about and document various business processes.

Expected qualifications include:

2-5 years of experience in ERP implementations. Proficiency in English, as we operate on an international scale. Knowledge or interest in leasing or mobility is advantageous; we offer comprehensive onboarding to enhance your expertise. Willingness to travel as needed.
