Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience in software development/architecture.
- Cloud fluency (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP a bonus).
- Microservices, APIs, modern web frameworks.
- Comfortable with Apache Spark, Delta Lake, Databricks, Snowflake.
- Real-world experience solving real-world business challenges from retail to fintech to healthcare.
- Mentorship, code reviews, capacity building.
- Fluent in English, both technical and conversational.
