About the Role
Technical Pre-Sales
: Work closely with teams to design proposal solutions, create PoCs/Demos, and craft technical proposals.
Software Solution Design
: Develop end-to-end solutions that meet client objectives, define architecture, and collaborate with development teams.
Client Engagement
: Foster knowledge sharing within cross-functional teams by working directly with clients to understand their needs.
Documentation & Quality Assurance
: Create detailed architectural documentation, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Mentorship
: Guide and mentor junior team members in promoting continuous learning and skill development.
Requirements
More than 10 years of experience in software development/architecture.
Cloud fluency (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP a bonus).
Microservices, APIs, modern web frameworks.
Comfortable with Apache Spark, Delta Lake, Databricks, Snowflake.
Real-world experience solving real-world business challenges from retail to fintech to healthcare.
Mentorship, code reviews, capacity building.
Fluent in English, both technical and conversational.
