The Boeing P-8A Poseidon Sustainment Program is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Analyst to join our team in RAAF Base Edinburgh South Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement information security requirements, policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Enhance cyber maturity within the P8 Poseidon Program by evaluating process effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Implement security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect against emerging threats.
  • Conduct security compliance monitoring, assess gaps, and respond to security incidents.
  • Analyse and document information security incidents, identify root causes, prioritize threats, and recommend corrective actions.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a cybersecurity-related field or relevant experience.
  • Experience in security risk management and applying frameworks under the DSPF, ISM, ISO27001 etc.
  • Defence Assessment and Authorisation (A&A) processes experience.
  • Vulnerability management tools, Windows and Linux cybersecurity, OT environments, and developing/reviewing security processes and procedures experience.
  • NV1 clearance with the ability to be upgraded.

You must be an Australian Citizen to meet Defence security requirements.
