Beauty Consultant Position

About the Role:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and ensure that customers are aware of new arrivals and promotions.
  • Ensure a clean and organized store environment by maintaining high standards of presentation and visual merchandising.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
