* Collaborate with the Consulting Sales and Capability Consulting teams to identify and pursue sales opportunities in the Change Management space.
* Develop and maintain account plans for associated clients, providing insights for sales enablement.
* Promote our Change Management capability to clients, creating sales leads through industry presence and thought leadership.
* Provide pre-sales support for bids, tenders, and sales discussions, ensuring proposed service solutions are compelling and deliverable.
* Undertake strategic planning and develop business plans for the Change Management capability, aligning with client requirements and NRI's growth targets.
Essential Attributes:
* 10+ years of experience in Consulting, with a proven track record of successful engagement delivery and leadership.
* Ability to generate new business through targeted business development strategies.
* Superior client management and pre-sales skills.
* Extensive experience working across the Change Management space.
* Excellent understanding of client needs and NRI delivery requirements.
* Strong networks within the Adelaide market.
* Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
* Excellent commercial acumen and financial management skills.
