About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead our Business Systems and AI Enablement strategy, where you will play a crucial role in architecting, building, integrating, and operating SAAS solutions that drive real impact on business performance.

You will partner with operational functions such as Sales, Support, Marketing, Finance, and People to deeply understand their needs and provide strategic advice. Your expertise in delivering complex programs of work, driving innovation, and leveraging the latest AI tools will be pivotal in shaping our organization's future.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Business Systems and AI Enablement strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Lead a globally dispersed team of approximately 30 people, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and achieve excellence.
  • Operate and support SiteMinder's Business Systems, ensuring seamless availability 24/7 and proactive management of issues and incidents.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and future needs, and develop tailored solutions to address them.

You will also be responsible for maintaining current knowledge of industry trends related to staff tooling (e.g. CRM, ERP) and contributing to the development of our organization's thought leadership in this area.

Requirements
  • Extensive years of experience in Business Systems and leadership roles.
  • Expertise in architecting, building, integrating, and operating SAAS solutions.
  • Track record of delivering complex programs of work and driving innovation.
  • Possession of strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
