Job Opportunity:

This encompasses boutique hotels, chains, igloos, cabins, castles, holiday parks, campsites, pubs, resorts, Airbnbs, and everything in between.

You will drive end-to-end operations with technology and Artificial Intelligence to enhance customer experiences and staff efficiency as VP of Business Systems and AI Enablement.

  • You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Support, Marketing, Finance, and People departments to deeply comprehend their needs and offer strategic advice.
  • You'll leverage your expertise in top SAAS technologies to design, deliver, and operate impactful solutions that significantly influence business performance.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Become a trusted partner for our operational teams
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for Business Systems and AI Enablement
  • Implement initiatives that bring this strategy to life
  • Lead a globally dispersed team
  • Sustain and support our Business Systems
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in Business Systems, particularly in leadership roles, spanning several years
  • Substantial expertise in architecting, building, integrating, and operating SAAS solutions
  • A track record of delivering complex programs of work
  • A genuine enthusiasm for driving innovation in Business Systems and embracing the latest AI tools
