Chief AI Infrastructure Developer

We are seeking a Chief AI Infrastructure Developer to spearhead the creation and maintenance of our core AI product in the health-tech sector.

This role requires setting technical direction for product infrastructure, architecting, building, and maintaining backend and infrastructure supporting AI-powered development tools. You will collaborate with the team to enhance capabilities and reliability of backend services and evaluation tools, while ensuring compliance, privacy, and safety standards are integrated into design and implementation.

The ideal candidate will have experience deploying and optimizing cloud infrastructure with compliance, expertise in backend/infrastructure (Python, cloud infra, compliance) with comfort in full-stack (React), and a strong understanding of AI-native applications that support families and allied health without replacing care providers.

  • Define technical direction for product infrastructure and scale the system from day one.
  • Architect, build, and maintain backend and infrastructure supporting AI-powered development tools.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve capabilities and reliability of backend services and evaluation tools.
  • Continuously learn and apply AI-native advancements; evaluate emerging techniques.
  • Work across the stack to deliver features, fix issues, and optimize performance.
  • Ensure compliance, privacy, and safety standards are integrated into design and implementation.
