Job Title

Lead Integration Architect

As a seasoned architect, you will design and deliver high-quality, AI-enabled software solutions that integrate modern AI capabilities with robust backend engineering.

Working closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, you will build distributed systems that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) for optimal performance and scalability.

You must have strong expertise in Spring Boot 3.x, reactive patterns, and API gateways to lead integration solutions and mentor other developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership & Architecture:
  • Design high-throughput APIs that integrate with AI services and make key architectural decisions on API security, scalability, and reliability.
  • Lead the implementation of secure API patterns (OAuth2, JWT) to protect sensitive data.
  • Collaborate with AI and platform engineers to design APIs for model inferencing.

Cross-functional Leadership:

  • Partner with product owners to shape technical requirements and best approaches for AI-enabled features.
  • Drive alignment with platform engineering and MLOps practices to ensure automated deployment of AI-enabled services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of commercial software development experience with a focus on integration/APIs.
  • Expert knowledge of Spring Framework ecosystem.
  • Strong command of AWS, Azure or GCP cloud services.
  • Experience consuming LLM APIs and orchestrating prompts or agentic workflows.
