Job Title: Senior Landscape Architect

As a senior leader in our landscape architecture team, you will support the delivery of exceptional projects across Victoria. Your expertise and leadership skills will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our practice.

About the Role
  • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the landscape architecture team in Melbourne.
  • Foster an innovative culture that encourages creative thinking and design excellence.
  • Lead client engagements, ensuring high-quality project delivery from concept through construction.
  • Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets to meet client and company objectives.
  • Mentor and develop team members, supporting their professional growth and development.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Approximately 6+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with a proven track record of successful project leadership in Victoria.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, ideally registered.
  • Strong concept design and project management skills, with experience in various project types such as greenfield sites, public play spaces, education, residential, etc.
  • Experience in Contract Administration is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
