This highly regarded, award winning specialist landscape architecture design firm with offices in Melbourne and Perth, are looking to appoint a Senior Landscape Architect on a permanent basis.

They boast over 30 years of experience delivering projects across Western Australia, Victoria & New South Wales and employ 30+ staff across the two offices.

Position Overview
Reporting to the Melbourne Director, you will support a team of 8 Landscape Architects deliver outstanding projects across the region. This is an opportunity to run projects from concept design to delivery - including contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the landscape architecture team in Melbourne.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture, encouraging creative thinking and design excellence.
  • Lead client engagements, ensuring high-quality project delivery from concept through construction.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to meet client and company goals.
  • Mentor and develop team members, nurturing their growth and professional development.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain their competitive edge.
The successful candidate will have:
  • Circa 6+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with a proven track record of successful project leadership in Victoria.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture and ideally registered.
  • Robust concept design and project management skills with experience in a variety of project types, including greenfield, public play spaces, education, residential etc.
  • Experience in Contract Administration is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
