Senior Landscape Architect

With over 30 years of experience delivering projects across Western Australia, Victoria & New South Wales, they employ 30+ staff across the two offices.
Position Overview Reporting to the Melbourne Director, you will support a team of 8 Landscape Architects to deliver outstanding projects across the region.
This role involves managing projects from concept design to delivery, including contract administration.
Key Responsibilities : Provide strategic leadership and direction to the landscape architecture team in Melbourne.
Foster a collaborative and innovative culture, encouraging creative thinking and design excellence.
Lead client engagements, ensuring high-quality project delivery from concept through construction.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to meet client and company goals.
Mentor and develop team members, supporting their professional growth.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
The successful candidate will have : Approximately 6+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with a proven track record of successful project leadership in Victoria.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, ideally registered.
Strong concept design and project management skills, with experience in various project types such as greenfield sites, public play spaces, education, residential, etc.
Experience in Contract Administration is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
