Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Construction Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of commercial construction projects from concept to completion.

Your key responsibilities will include

1. Coordinating with the design team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
2. Collaborating with the estimating team to produce construction budgets and estimates.
3. Assisting the construction team with contract administration and ensuring seamless project execution.
4. Maintaining a thorough understanding of building methodologies, legislation, and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

To succeed in this role, you will need

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a construction-related role.
2. Tertiary education or demonstrated experience in a relevant field such as Architecture, Building Design, or Construction Management.
3. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and related software.
