Commercial Construction Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Commercial Construction Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and documentation, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in this field.

About the Role
  • This is a unique opportunity to transition from a design-focused role to a construction-focused role, working on commercial construction projects, including new builds, fit-outs, and refurbishments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Architectural design and documentation, including sketch designs, rendered presentations, working drawings, details, specifications, and schedules.
  2. Collaborating with the estimating team to produce construction budgets and detailed quotations.
  3. Assisting the construction team with contract administration and ensuring seamless project execution.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in an architectural design and documentation role.
  • Tertiary education or demonstrated experience in Architecture, Building Design, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and related software.
