About the Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced professional to join our team in the commercial construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop architectural designs and documents for commercial construction projects, incorporating sketch designs, rendered presentations, working drawings, details, specifications, and schedules.
- Work closely with estimators to create construction budgets, estimates, and detailed quotations for documented works.
- Support the construction team in contract administration, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of building methodologies, legislation, and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and documentation.
- Degree in Architecture, Building Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships within and outside the organization.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and related software.
- Open to transitioning from a design-focused role to a construction-focused role, but not required.
