We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to provide administrative support to the Commercial, Finance, and Construction Delivery teams.

The Project

A unique opportunity exists to work on the Tram Grade Separation Projects, a collaborative effort between multiple organizations to improve safety and efficiency by removing and upgrading major crossings along the Glenelg Tram Line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in payment administration supporting the Finance function.
  • Support commercial activities with the Project Commercial team.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the Delivery Manager and construction team.
  • Maintain payroll records, including timesheets, leave, and related data.
  • Maintain site personnel rosters and coordinate flights and accommodations as needed.

Requirements:

Recent experience in an administration role, preferably within civil construction.

Experience in a commercial or finance role, including accounts reconciliation.

Working knowledge of Visio and Workbench.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.

Ability to develop strong working relationships with staff.
