Lead Complex Software Implementations

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager to join our team and lead the rollout of sophisticated mining software solutions that transform how customers operate.

The Role:

  • Own and guide full-cycle implementation of software across multiple mine sites
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer projects
  • Translate customer needs into actionable plans and steer expectations effectively
  • Lead change management with confidence, coaching customer teams to adopt new software solutions
  • Anticipate risks and balance competing priorities to keep projects on track
  • Cultivate best practices and elevate project excellence globally through collaboration with fellow Project Managers

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale enterprise software implementations, preferably in the Mining sector
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
  • Ability to scope, draft proposals, deliver, and support the implementation of new technology and software
  • Expertise in assessing and facilitating change in large organizations
  • Formal qualifications in Project Management are highly regarded but proven results matter most
