Accountant Support Specialist

We're looking for an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a customer support representative. In this role, you will provide top-notch support to clients across various industries, assisting with queries related to company formation, trust services, SMSF setup, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide guidance on product navigation and features
  • Process web forms and phone calls efficiently, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Liaise with product teams to gather customer feedback and insights
  • Log, track, and resolve all service requests in our service management system
