Job Title: Accounts Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Support Specialist to join our team in Manly, located on the beautiful Northern Beaches.

This is a part-time opportunity with 27.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with flexible days. You will have the chance to work closely with our team and enjoy a friendly and close-knit work environment.

The Role:

You will be responsible for supporting the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, including processing cash receipts, customer adjustments, debtor follow-up, creditor reconciliations, invoice coding, and credit/debit card reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Cash Receipts
  • Process Customer Adjustments
  • Debtor Follow Up
  • Creditor Reconciliations
  • Invoice Coding and Input
  • Credit/Debit Card Reconciliations
  • Creditor Queries

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience working in an accounts department and demonstrate high-level organisational skills and attention to detail. Additionally, you will require excellent communication skills and be a patient, polite, and friendly team player.
