Credit Control Manager Position

About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee the credit control function for the organisation, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and lead debt collection efforts
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate financial risks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing large customer bases, including consumer and commercial debt
  • Strong understanding of general ledger reconciliations and direct debit management
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
