About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to support our sales team as a Store Administrator.

Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring recall stock has been quarantined, meeting and beating store targets, managing customer laybys, supporting store stocktake, and championing our core values on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all safety protocols are in place for staff and customers
  • Championing our core values in everything you do
  • Managing customer laybys, including vendor and manual orders
  • Supporting store stocktake
  • Meeting and beating store targets
  • Ensuring recall stock has been quarantined and communicated to team members

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in a similar position (2-3 years), natural communication skills and ability to manage people, ability to guide customers through our range of brands and products, track-record of meeting and beating sales targets and KPIs, and intermediate computer literacy.
