Job Description

We are seeking a talented Sales Assistant to join our retail team in Hawthorn. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and providing support to the Store Manager with day-to-day operations.

As a Sales Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in retail sales, visual merchandising, and customer service.

  • Retail Sales: Assist with the operation of Point of Sale devices, collect, sort and price donations, and assist in developing and coordinating visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in developing and coordinating visual merchandising and store presentation, including stock displays and window displays.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a passion for delivering outstanding results in a complex and rewarding retail environment.
