About this role
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Part-time Sales Assistant.
Your key responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, promoting our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts, developing strong product knowledge, achieving personal sales targets, supporting other team members, and contributing to the overall presentation of the store.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs and preferences
- Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts through effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets through proactive sales strategies and customer engagement
- Support colleagues to ensure business objectives are met and exceeded
- Maintain a high level of merchandise presentation and store appearance through merchandising and general housekeeping
