Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic sales professional to provide exceptional customer service, maintain store standards, and achieve sales targets.

As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, ensuring accurate transactions, and contributing to visual merchandising and store displays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring customers are informed about our fashion apparel range.
  • Contribute to creating visually appealing store displays that showcase our products.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments with confidence.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
