Job Opportunity:

The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve business outcomes and uphold organizational values.

  • Oversee credit applications, collections, allocations, and customer service functions.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve disputes and ensure timely debt recovery.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and service levels, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
  • Manage bad debts and ensure receivables are collected within agreed targets.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a leadership role (minimum 2 years), a strong understanding of AR processes with at least 5 years of hands-on experience, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A key aspect is also to drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various departments to drive business outcomes and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounts receivable, including credit applications, collections, allocations, and customer service functions.
