Job Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of 7 Accounts Receivable Officers to achieve business outcomes and uphold company values.
  • Oversee credit applications, collections, allocations, and customer service functions.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve disputes and ensure timely debt recovery.
  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and service levels, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
  • Manage bad debts and ensure receivables are collected within agreed DSO targets.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within accounts receivable or credit control (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong understanding of AR processes with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities.
  • A dynamic, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for process optimisation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A team player who leads by example and fosters a culture of accountability and growth.
