**Job Description**
As a Talent Insights Specialist, you will play a critical part in supporting workforce transformation initiatives by collecting, cleansing, and analysing workforce data from various sources, including HR systems and surveys. You will produce clear and actionable insights through data analysis, reporting, and visualisation tools such as Power BI and Excel. Additionally, you will conduct research on external labour market trends to inform strategic workforce planning, prepare reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels, and support workforce transformation projects through project management activities.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will bring tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. You will also have demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting, ideally within an HR or organisational development context. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to diverse audiences, are also required.
**Estimated Salary:** $95,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience.
