We are seeking a dedicated Educational Development Manager to lead our Educators at a family-based Childcare Centre in Erina.

This role involves developing, educating and training all staff members within the service. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for driving quality improvement initiatives and working closely with the Compliance Leader.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor of Education (Birth to 5) qualification from an ACEQCA recognized course
  • Proven experience in quality systems management and knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
  • Experience in auditing, planning, training and development
  • Current First Aid and child protection qualifications
  • WWCC and police clearance
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
