Sexual Harm and Safety Clinical Lead Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a Health Clinician Level 4 to take on a leadership role in the Sexual Harm and Safety service. The Clinical Lead position offers excellent career growth and a great chance to demonstrate your skills while making a significant impact on service delivery to the community.

The Clinical Lead will provide clinical leadership, support, and supervision of clinicians providing specialist interventions to children, young people, adults, and their families who have experienced sexual assault or problematic and harmful sexual behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert knowledge in trauma recovery and family-focused interventions
  • Support and mentor staff to ensure evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally safe care and intervention
  • Lead the Safe Wayz Program, an integrated program that provides training, education, support, and clinical interventions to government, non-government organisations, and families
About You
  • You must hold a Bachelor Degree in Social Work or Psychology
  • Be fully registered with AHPRA or eligible for membership of AASW
  • Hold a NSW Driver Licence with willingness to travel for work-related purposes
