Full-time Fundraising Opportunity

Are you passionate about engaging with the public and raising awareness for non-profit organizations? Do you have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude?

\

This is an exciting opportunity to join our travel team as a face-to-face fundraising representative. You will be responsible for working in different regions around Australia, including Northern QLD, Northern Territory, Tasmania & Victoria.

\

As a member of our team, you will receive comprehensive training on our products and services, as well as ongoing support and development opportunities.

\

We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, enjoy dealing with people, and are able to work independently in a team environment.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Engage with members of the public to raise brand awareness and acquire regular giving donors\
  • Work alongside experienced representatives in the face-to-face fundraising industry\
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective use of sales strategies and product knowledge\
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as required\
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives to drive business growth\
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times\
  • Utilize technology to track progress, manage time, and maintain accurate records\
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times\\/ul>\

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required\
  • 2+ years experience in sales, marketing, fundraising or hospitality industry preferred but not necessary\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Ability to work independently in a team environment\
  • Student mentality\
  • Positive, can do & motivated attitude\\/ul>\
