Site Supervision Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced site supervisor to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of various projects across South East QLD.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety outcomes.
  • Coordinate subcontractors on-site, ensuring efficient workflow and effective resource allocation.
  • Work autonomously at times, utilizing internal and external resources as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate project updates for the project team and subcontractors.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships between tradespeople and clients, promoting a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Participate in WHS inspections and promote a healthy and safe work environment.
  • Address defects promptly and effectively.
  • Engage in continuous improvement processes, contributing to the betterment of the company's overall performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in civil construction, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven knowledge of typical civil works, including earthworks, flexible and rigid pavements, buried services, formed structural concrete, landscaping, and other unique civil and infrastructure type projects.
  • Competency in reviewing and working with project drawings and specifications.
  • A motivated individual with a focus on quality control and cost management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in computer/mobile device software applications (e.g. Procore).
