Civil Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our civil projects in South East QLD.

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, strong background in civil and infrastructure projects, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety outcomes
  • Coordinate subcontractors onsite
  • Work autonomously and coordinate internal and external resources
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, to high standards
  • Maintain regular program updates to the project team and subcontractors
  • Coordinate relationships between trades and ensure safe and efficient work practices
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders professionally
  • Participate in WHS inspections and maintain a healthy and safe work environment
  • Organise defect works completion in a timely manner
  • Participate in lesson learnt sessions to improve performance
About You - Skills and Experience
  • Extensive experience in civil construction (minimum 3 years in a similar role)
  • Solid foundation in typical civil works including earthworks, pavements, services, and structural concrete
  • Competent in understanding, reviewing, and working to project Drawings and Specifications
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, quality driven, and cost focused
  • Relevant civil background and competencies
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written
  • Good computer/mobile device skills for daily use of Programs & Apps
