Civil Supervisor Job Summary

Our company is seeking a seasoned Civil Supervisor to oversee various civil and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met;
  • Coordinate with subcontractors on-site to achieve project goals;
  • Work independently and coordinate internal and external resources to deliver projects efficiently;
  • Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining the highest quality standards;
  • Communicate regular project updates to stakeholders and subcontractors;
  • Coordinate relationships between tradespeople and ensure safe working practices;
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders professionally to maintain our strong reputation;
  • Participate in regular health and safety inspections and contribute to a safe working environment;
  • Organize defect works completion in a timely manner;
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in civil construction, preferably in a similar role;
  • Strong foundation in typical civil works including earthworks, flexible and rigid pavements, buried services, formed structural concrete, landscaping, and other unique civil and infrastructure projects;
  • Ability to review and work effectively with project drawings and specifications;
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a focus on quality control and cost efficiency;
  • Relevant civil background and skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient computer and mobile device skills for daily use of programs and apps.
