Job Overview

The Chief People Insights Officer will be responsible for establishing and streamlining practices, frameworks, systems, processes and job infrastructure to ensure HBF develops a high-performance accountability culture. This includes overseeing and governance of HBF, reporting on policy and governance matters across the group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate strategic objectives into operational plans
  • Create and present reports to Senior leaders on P&CA policies
  • Build strong and trusted relationships across the People team and broader business
Requirements
  • Commercially minded and influential leader with experience in remuneration expertise
  • Demonstrated experience as a leader of an expert team passionate about driving high-quality outcomes
  • Strong achievements in strategic, tactical and operational areas of generalist HR management
  • Experience in people elements of corporate transactions
