About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Bid Writer to join our team at YMCA Victoria. As a key resource in the tender and bid project teams, you will be responsible for developing high-quality bid materials that address the evaluation criteria. Your work will support the outcome of successfully renewing or winning service agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear, concise, and impactful bid materials
  • Collect and analyze data to support bid development
  • Conduct research to gain a deep understanding of industries we serve
  • Adopt evidence-based approaches to improve bid and tender processes

Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and project management skills
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders and manage workloads
  • Prior experience in B2B and B2G sales environments
