About the Role

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive innovation and excellence in student and alumni experiences.

The successful candidate will support the Head of Employability in developing and delivering the UNSW Employability Strategy, communications plan, and flagship initiatives. They will lead reporting and performance improvement efforts for UNSW Employability, including institutional analytics, reporting, submissions, and initiatives for QS Employability, the Graduate Outcomes Survey (GOS), and related institutional metrics.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level advice and support to the Head of Employability, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
  • Lead strategic and operational activities, overseeing key initiatives and ensuring the success of UNSW Employability by implementing the UNSW Employability Strategy and related plans.
  • Enhance the student and alumni journey by creating innovative and impactful content and digital engagement initiatives.
  • Support strategy implementation by assisting in the development and delivery of new programs and initiatives, and continuously improving existing ones.
  • Lead analytics and performance improvement, managing analytics, reporting, and performance initiatives across various metrics.
  • Manage special projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are on time and within scope.
  • Oversee communications and events, implementing the communications plan and managing content across digital media.
