About This Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our national student events and engagement strategy.

This role plays a pivotal part in delivering a positive and inclusive student experience by empowering stakeholders to increase engagement, success, and well-being through accessible and equitable initiatives.

The manager oversees a student satisfaction survey framework, utilizing data to identify areas for improvement and meet internal and external reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with teams to execute a comprehensive student engagement strategy
  2. Create a national calendar of events, including student engagement events and learning support workshops
  3. Plan and coordinate student engagement events across campuses, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  4. Execute the student satisfaction survey framework across the lifecycle, ensuring regulatory survey data gathering is met
  5. Work with stakeholders to understand student satisfaction results and identify opportunities for improvement
  6. Manage and build student engagement on social media platforms
  7. Moderate Google reviews of EDU brands
  8. Establish and engage Alumni
  9. Select, coach, and regularly meet with Student Committee/Ambassadors
  10. Promote student counselling services
  11. Coordinate student at-risk programs
  12. Manage nationally relevant student communications and a student newsletter
  13. Conduct regular reviews of the Student Handbook

Requirements:

  • Experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering student events
  • Experience working and engaging students from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience providing student services to international students under relevant frameworks
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated commitment to improving student engagement and customer experience
