We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Branch Manager and Business Development Specialist. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team of Customer Service Officers and Warehouse staff while driving sales growth across a dedicated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team
  • Effectively manage site operations, including pick and pack, local manufacturing, and customer-specific testing
  • Drive employee engagement and improvement through data analysis and action planning
  • Build strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners
  • Manage safety objectives, including training and reporting

As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record in sales and customer service. You will be well-versed in industrial supply or trade, with the ability to analyze data and drive business growth.

Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience in industrial supply or trade
  • Ability to coach, lead, and have performance discussions
  • Sales experience with a strong focus on customer service
  • Drivers license essential; forklift license preferred but not required
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
