- Billing and Administration: Process patient accounts, handle money, banking, and balancing, and maintain accurate records.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the reception team, practice nurse, and doctors to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills and a compassionate approach.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and maintain accurate records.
