About the Role

ConnectAbility Australia is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Community Support Division on the Central Coast. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to individuals with varying abilities, empowering them to live the life they choose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing social and recreational support to clients
  • Assisting with domestic tasks and personal care
  • Supporting clients with medication management and community access
  • Maintaining accurate records and developing professional relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Certificate III Individual Support (preferred) or relevant experience working with people with disabilities
  • Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • First Aid Certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ability to work varied shifts
