Key Responsibilities:

- Donor Program Management: Assist in managing bequest programs, sending information packs, birthday cards, thank you notes, and follow-up communications to ensure seamless engagement.
- Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate donor records in the CRM, supporting efficient data entry, list preparation, and mail merges to optimize supporter interactions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Supporter Services and Philanthropy, to provide outstanding donor experiences.
- Engagement Activities: Support events, tours, and other activities designed to engage current and prospective bequest donors, promoting a deeper connection with our mission.
- Initiative Development: Contribute to planning, reporting, and continuous improvement of donor stewardship initiatives, driving strategic growth.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous work in fundraising, supporter care, or philanthropic roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of supporter engagement principles.
- Customer Service: Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering personalized experiences.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRMs (Raiser's Edge is a plus) and Microsoft Office, with ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and build rapport with donors.
- Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
