Senior Business Analyst Position

This is a senior-level role that focuses on leading business planning and strategy. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Commercial Director to develop business strategies, manage budgets, and optimize performance.
  • Deliver timely and insightful business reports, including tracking sales performance against targets and providing monthly, quarterly, and annual outlooks.
  • Review and analyze financial data, identify areas for improvement, and support the development of strategic plans.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness, manage accruals, and provide financial input into business planning.
  • Conduct detailed variance analysis, identify root causes of performance gaps, and contribute commentary for consolidated financial presentations.
  • Participate in management meetings, offering financial insights to support business decisions across brands, business lines, and geographies.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
