SCEE is currently seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to contribute to a significant lithium production project.

This project represents a state-of-the-art greenfield facility for Lithium Hydroxide Monohydrate production, strategically located in a prominent industrial area.

Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Ensuring all personnel adhere to safe work practices
  • Planning operations in alignment with industry standards to reduce inefficiencies
  • Directing and coordinating the workforce for electrical and instrumentation tasks
  • Engaging in safety investigations, reporting, and discussions
  • Participating in Quality Assurance audits
  • Communicating effectively with client and contractor representatives
  • Monitoring site instructions to ensure accurate cost tracking and agreements

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • Extensive onsite experience as an Electrical Supervisor
  • A strong commitment to safety protocols
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Effective negotiation and dispute resolution skills
  • Familiarity with contractual compliance and client interactions
  • A desire for continuous improvement
