SCEE is currently seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to contribute to a significant lithium production project.
This project represents a state-of-the-art greenfield facility for Lithium Hydroxide Monohydrate production, strategically located in a prominent industrial area.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Ensuring all personnel adhere to safe work practices
- Planning operations in alignment with industry standards to reduce inefficiencies
- Directing and coordinating the workforce for electrical and instrumentation tasks
- Engaging in safety investigations, reporting, and discussions
- Participating in Quality Assurance audits
- Communicating effectively with client and contractor representatives
- Monitoring site instructions to ensure accurate cost tracking and agreements
To excel in this position, you will need:
- Extensive onsite experience as an Electrical Supervisor
- A strong commitment to safety protocols
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Effective negotiation and dispute resolution skills
- Familiarity with contractual compliance and client interactions
- A desire for continuous improvement
- Relocation assistance available for non-local candidates willing to move to the region.
